BJ is cleared of a murder thanks to Aritani, a man working for a company that makes medical supplies. In return, he promises to save Aritani’s life if he needs treatment. When Aritani is pushed in front of a train to cover a large embezzlement, BJ buys the hospital he’s in in order to save his life.

After seeing him at Kreutzer’s hospital, BJ goes to talk to Stein, who runs a hospital in Germany. There he meets a familiar face and finds out an orphan and a pianist is going to get a replacement robotic arm. Upon learning from Pinoko that anyone could play the piano with them, he asks for an alternative. After BJ treats the patient, Stein flees to England.

The hospital’s controller, Devon, wants BJ to pretend to be Kreutzer in order to buy time to pick a new director. BJ refuses, until he finds out the patient is Suzie’s mother.
